Description
The City of Sylvester, Georgia, is requesting bids for the construction of Phase II of the Quail Pines Subdivision. The project includes the construction of approximately 74,240 SF of asphalt paved streets, 3,405 feet of 6-inch water main, 3,550 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, a sewer pump station, and other necessary work to develop a residential subdivision. The project has an expected duration of 180 days. The bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis.
