Skanska USA Civil is soliciting cost proposals from New York DBE subcontractors/vendors for the Contract CSO-GC-SFS-RH3-CP3: Construction of CSO Facilities for Gowanus Canal – Contract Package 3 (RH3) which bids on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Description of Project: Construction package (“CP-3”) is for the construction of the CSO facility superstructure, reconstruction/abandonment of impacted conveyance, and construction of public amenities above the below ground portions of the tank. The scope of CP-3 also includes installation of all CSO Facility components and conveyance including mechanical equipment, electrical conduits and equipment, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning components, architectural features, and Con Ed network protection structure installation.
