Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide thumb drives with a custom imprint. The contractor must provide a fixed price of $2,770.00 for the production of the thumb drives, which will include a three-color image on the face and two lines of text in blue on the back. The thumb drives must have a swivel style with a hinged, silvertone cover to protect the USB plug when not in use, and must have 4GB of storage and a minimum 2.0 data transfer speed. The contractor must also provide separate unit pricing for each additional each, 100, or 1,000 copies.
Some key requirements and considerations for this project include:
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment can be made.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and provide the country of origin for the end product.
• The contractor must provide a cost for each additional each, per 100 or per 1,000 copies.
• The contractor must deliver the thumb drives to the specified location by 12/30/2025.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
