Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for oral surgeon services at the Blackfeet Community Hospital Dental Clinic in Browning, Montana. The contract will be for one year with four option years. The services will be scheduled on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The contractor must provide in-person oral surgeon services and have a process for ensuring that proposed providers possess the full scope of credentials and capabilities specified.
• The contractor must have an active roster of oral surgeons with the specific qualifications required under this potential contract.
• The contractor must be able to provide information about oral surgeons currently available in their network who could potentially support this requirement.
• The contractor must be able to commit to providing oral surgeon services in-person at the specified schedule.
• The contractor must demonstrate how they will receive at least 51% of the earnings from the awarded contract.
