Description
Texas Tech University is seeking qualified and licensed real‑estate brokerage firms to provide comprehensive brokerage services for land, commercial, and residential properties on a local, statewide, and national basis. The contract will cover acquisition, disposition, leasing, market analysis, valuation support, and related consulting activities. Proposers must submit a Proposer Response Form, HUB Subcontracting Plan, and signed Affidavit/Conflict‑of‑Interest Disclosure, and may be required to attend a pre‑proposal conference. The award will be a multi‑year (four‑year base) contract with possible one‑year renewals, and fee structures will be submitted via a cost‑and‑fees schedule.
• Provide brokerage representation for purchase, sale, and lease transactions (land, commercial, residential).
• Deliver market‑analysis reports, broker price opinions, and valuation support for TTU facilities.
• Supply dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to assist TTU strategic planning.
• Must hold appropriate Texas real‑estate licenses and meet ≥5 years brokerage experience (firm‑level or key‑person level).
• Include a HUB/VetHUB subcontracting plan for each awarded scope, even if no qualified subcontractors are used.
