Dismantle and Dispose of the AFFF Storage Tanks and the Contaminated Water

The Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) requires an experienced subcontractor to dismantle and dispose of Aqueous Film-Foaming Foam (AFFF) storage tanks and contaminated water. The subcontractor must have qualified personnel to handle AFFF and PFAS material, and provide a site superintendent and quality representative. The subcontractor must also comply with collective bargaining agreements and provide a written Letter of Assent. • The subcontractor must be qualified to transport AFFF and PFAS material. • The subcontractor must have a site superintendent to directly supervise the work. • The subcontractor must have a quality representative to provide inspections required by the design. • The subcontractor must comply with collective bargaining agreements and provide a written Letter of Assent.
