The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for surgical grade instrumentation, specifically ENT instruments that meet the attached salient characteristics and Statement of Work (SOW). The required instruments should have German stainless steel, be easy to clean, lightweight, and have a 3-year warranty.
