Description
The City of Milton is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide right of way maintenance services within the city limits. The services include pothole repair, sign installation, small concrete repairs, and other related maintenance needs. The contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
• The contract will be for a lump sum amount.
• The contractor must start work within ten calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
• The time of completion for the project is to be determined prior to the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions.
• The contractor must provide insurance and bonding as required by the city.
• The contractor must abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
