The State of California’s Department of Technology is seeking a fixed‑price, five‑year renewal of its Axcome Managed SecureTransport (MFT) cloud‑based SaaS subscription (Advanced Platinum Bundle). The award will provide 12 annual subscriptions (total 60 over the term) with high‑availability, 99.99 % SLA, 24/7 support, anti‑virus protection, and a mandatory secondary backup site. Bidders must be the manufacturer or an authorized Axway reseller and must meet extensive statutory and certification requirements.
• Provide Axway MFT Platform Cloud SaaS (Advanced Platinum) for a 5‑year term starting 31 August 2026.
• Deliver 12 subscriptions per year (total 60), each supporting ~650‑800 k file transfers/month and 2.7‑3.5 TB data/month.
• Meet 99.99 % SLA, high‑availability, 24 × 7 support, anti‑virus, and maintain a secondary backup site ≥ 250 mi from primary.
• Submit two separate email proposals (technical and cost) by 11 August 2026, include all mandatory certifications, and honor a 120‑day price‑validity period.
