The State of California Department of Rehabilitation is seeking bids for a single, brand‑new rack workstation. Vendors must supply a complete, ready‑to‑install 4U rack‑mount workstation that meets the detailed component list (CPU, motherboard, storage, GPU, power supply, etc.) and provide pricing broken out for hardware, freight, set‑up, training, and warranty. The solicitation includes extensive compliance documentation (small‑business declaration, post‑consumer recycled‑content certification, tax‑delinquency check, debarment certification, and GenAI disclosure) and requires delivery to the Department’s Sacramento office (or the Santa Maria address noted in the QA addendum).
