Manhole Maintenance Access Project

The Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking a qualified contractor to construct access roads to sanitary sewer manholes located within two retention basins. The work includes placement of borrow material around and adjacent to existing manholes to create permanent access paths and pouring concrete collars around existing structures. The project specifications shall govern where any conflict occurs with the Standard Specifications. • The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid. • The contractor shall provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage. • The contractor shall comply with the non-discrimination clause and the conflict of interest clause.
