Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to upgrade the elevators at the MSP Headquarters. The project includes the replacement of existing elevators with new ones, as well as the installation of a digital, addressable fire-alarm system. The contractor will be responsible for designing, installing, and testing the new elevators and fire-alarm system. The project requires compliance with various codes and standards, including NFPA 72 and UL 864. The contractor will also be required to provide maintenance and testing services for the fire-alarm system.
