Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide an upgrade kit and a new generator for the existing CARTO 3 Mapping Ablation System at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center in Columbia, MO. The upgrade aims to enhance the system's performance, ensuring improved accuracy, safety, and efficiency in cardiac electrophysiology procedures. The contractor must provide and deliver the upgrade kit and generator, as well as complete technical documentation and installation guides. The contractor will also be required to provide support and training resources as needed for the proper installation and operation of the upgraded system components. Key considerations for this project include:
• The contractor must have relevant experience in medical device delivery, installation, and customer support.
• The contractor must ensure that all equipment and provided software/middleware meet the current standards and specifications for the CARTO 3 Mapping Ablation System.
• The contractor must provide clear, detailed documentation to enable VA personnel to execute installation without further oversight.
