Description
The project involves the renovation of a residence at Colleton State Park in South Carolina. The scope of work includes demolition, masonry, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing walls, installing new sheet rock, and finishing the interior. The project also includes the installation of new plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, and HVAC systems.
