Description
The South Carolina Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide linen laundry and weekly exchange services for the 218th Regiment (Regional Training Institute) McCrady Training Center. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, laundering, sanitizing, packaging, and returning clean bed linens on a recurring weekly basis. The contract will have a base period of performance from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with 4 subsequent option years. The contractor must provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, and services necessary to perform the work. The government will provide staging areas and access during scheduled service times. The contractor must comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing weekly pickup and delivery services
• Ensuring linens are cleaned, sanitized, and free of stains or odors
• Replacing linens lost or damaged due to contractor negligence
• Maintaining sanitation compliance documentation
• Completing required training, including AT Level I Awareness training and iWATCH training
