Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a 1-year maintenance service contract for 10X Genomics Chromium X equipment at the Boise VAMC. The contract will be a firm-fixed price service contract, and the contractor must be a manufacturer-authorized service provider with access to OEM parts. The scope of work includes extending the 12-month warranty for the system and performing any necessary warranty work. The contractor will not require access to any additional equipment or materials, and no government-furnished equipment or information will be provided. The point of contact for the contract will be a Research staff member who will coordinate all warranty concerns.
