Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for a Portable Steel Loading Dock. The required goods to be provided include a portable steel loading dock, and the vendor shall provide weight/weights of the piece/pieces and an estimated time of arrival for the unit. The facility will be responsible for offloading, and the vendor must provide the equipment onsite for unloading. The specifications can be found on the Pricing Sheet, Exhibit C. The contract term may include renewal or extension periods.
• The IFB includes several exhibits, including HHS Solicitation Affirmations, PCS 111-Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions, Pricing Sheet, and HHS Online Bid Room Information.
• Bidders must submit their responses by July 6, 2026, 10:30 AM.
• The evaluation of responses will be based on the bidder's demonstrated experience and ability to provide services and related goods.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder that provides the best value for the state.
