Transit Mall Kiosk Alterations

The City of Santa Rosa is seeking a qualified contractor to design, demolish, and construct improvements to the existing Transit Mall kiosk located inside Parking Garage 12 at 555 First St. The work includes full demolition of the current kiosk, new concrete footings, CMU and metal‑stud wall construction, upgraded HVAC, electrical, data, and interior finishes, as well as compliance with CALGreen, Title 24, and prevailing‑wage requirements. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑bid basis and must be completed within 120 working days after notice to proceed. • Demolition of existing kiosk and associated utilities; new structural footings and masonry. • Installation of mechanical (PTAC unit, ductwork), electrical (new panel, lighting, data cabling), and interior finishes (casework, flooring, fire‑extinguishers). • Coordination within a confined underground parking garage, requiring traffic control, utility‑call‑before‑dig, and adherence to strict safety and environmental standards.
