Request for Qualifications Principal Genomic Scientist Services

The University of Iowa is seeking a qualified supplier to provide principal genomic scientist services, including supporting administrative review of cases submitted for Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) discussion, developing and supporting the molecular case report format, and serving as lead discussant during MTB meetings. The successful supplier will work in partnership with the University and will be expected to fulfill the scope of services outlined in the request for qualifications. Key aspects of the job include: • Supporting administrative review of cases submitted for MTB discussion • Developing and supporting the molecular case report format • Serving as lead discussant during MTB meetings • Assisting MTB participants in interpreting molecular findings and integrating them into clinical decision-making and trial matching • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and therapies in molecular oncology • Offering ad hoc consultations and educational support as needed • Ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards for molecular reporting
