Notice of Contractor's Settlement - Independent Roofing Spec

The State of Colorado is providing notice of contractor's settlement for the project "Critical Campuswide Building Envelopes (Project C) – Roof West Building" at Auraria Higher Education Center. The contractor, Independent Roofing Specialists, L.L.C., has completed the work, and final settlement will be made on March 2, 2026. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement date. • The project involves the construction of a building envelope, specifically the roof of the West Building. • The contractor has completed the work, and final settlement is being made. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency before the final settlement date. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement date will relieve the State of Colorado from any and all liability for such claim.
