The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of consumables for trace evidence testing. The required items include laboratory supplies such as vials, chemicals, glassine weighing paper, and other materials. The successful bidder must provide the exact quantities and technical specifications as listed, and all items must be new, unused, and meet the specific technical requirements for forensic laboratory use. The bidder must also comply with all Los Angeles County Standard Terms and Conditions. • The required items include vial samples, carbon disulfide, broken glass disposal boxes, infrared sample cards, glassine weighing paper, disposable syringes, tungsten loop filaments, plastic microscope slides, safety-vented solvent wash bottles, acetone, and methanol. • All chemical solvents must come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). • All materials must be packaged to prevent breakage or contamination during transport to the LASD laboratory facility. • The successful bidder must deliver all items within 30 calendar days of the Purchase Order issuance.
