ITS75 - Private Affordable Housing Search Engine/Inventory Data

The Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities is seeking a Private Affordable Housing Search Engine/Inventory Data solution. The selected vendor will be required to provide software services, including software maintenance, updates, upgrades, software selection, installation, configuration, customization, training, and license management. The vendor must also provide support and maintenance services, including setup, implementation, configuration, and training. • The solution must meet the requirements outlined in the RFQ, including data classification and security practices. • The vendor must provide a completed Cloud Terms Table (Form 2) if their solution includes cloud-based services. • The vendor must provide a list of assumptions on which they are basing their bid, as well as an estimate timeframe for delivery of products and commencement and completion of services. • The vendor must provide a completed Cost Response form, including pricing information for software, setup, implementation, configuration, support, maintenance, and training services.
