The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans seeks a qualified vendor to replace key components of air‑conditioning systems at two of its facilities. The scope includes supplying and installing a 3‑ton 14‑SEER condenser, a matching 3‑ton evaporator coil, and a 10 kW electric heat strip, all using R‑454B refrigerant. This is a one‑time, fixed‑price contract for equipment procurement and installation.
• Replace condenser (CCY 3t AC 14 SEER2 1STG 454B MARA)
• Replace evaporator coil (3.0T FANCOIL ECN MPOS ALUM R454B)
• Replace heat strip (10 kW heat strip with built‑in breaker)
• Work to be performed at two RTA locations in New Orleans
• Vendor must provide pricing, warranty, and complete installation services
