Construct New Office – Hills Creek State Park

Construction of a new, LEED‑certified park office building at Hills Creek State Park, including demolition of the existing office, extensive site work, utility installation, storm‑water BMPs, and landscaping. The contract is split into four prime contracts (General Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical) with SDB/VBE participation goals.
