Pre-Solicitation Notice for Image Intensifier (I2) Tubes for the Enhanced Night Vision Goggles (ENVG PSQ 20B)

The ENVG PSQ-20B is a critical capability that amplifies ambient light to enable Warfighters to operate effectively in low-light and night-time conditions.
