The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified firms to provide psychological evaluation services for VA Police officers at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The work includes pre‑employment, annual, and directed fitness‑for‑duty evaluations, with results delivered within 30 days of referral and quarterly activity reports submitted on a strict timeline. The contract spans a base year plus four one‑year options (total five years), requiring approximately 60 evaluations per year and strict record‑retention and confidentiality standards.
• Perform 15 pre‑employment, 40 periodic/annual, and 5 directed evaluations each contract year.
• Deliver a detailed Police Officer Recommendation Report within 30 calendar days of each referral.
