Traffic Signs, Posts and Hardware

The City of Huntsville is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of Traffic Signs, Posts, and Hardware. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of goods, performance of services, or a combination thereof, as outlined in the Contract documents. The contract will have an initial term of one year with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. The City reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple vendors based on the lowest bid for each of the seven individual sections of the bid. • The bid must include all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools of the trade required to meet the Contract requirements. • The bid must be submitted on the provided Bidder Pricing Form. • The bid must include a warranty statement. • The successful bidder must have a minimum of five years of experience in the manufacturing of items in this bid. • The bidder must demonstrate the ability to successfully manufacture one or more specific items as requested by the City of Huntsville.
