The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) seeks a qualified consultant to perform air‑emissions source testing at its Main Wastewater Treatment Plant and Maloney Pumping Plant. The work includes annual, quarterly, and monthly source‑testing of cogeneration engines, a turbine, a boiler, digester‑gas flares, and an emergency generator, plus preparation of test plans, obtaining district approvals, and delivering timely reports. The contract is a two‑year “not‑to‑exceed” cost‑reimbursement agreement with two optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must meet specific insurance, reporting, and scheduling constraints.
