The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to design the replacement of three deteriorating culverts on Fairdale Road, including hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, easement work, and utility coordination. The scope covers feasibility studies, design drawings, specifications, and related documentation, with a design completion deadline of early April 2027. Firms must submit a qualification packet by mid‑September 2026 and demonstrate relevant Kansas experience.
• Replace three 28‑in × 40‑in corrugated metal pipe culverts with appropriate alternatives.
