Description
The University of Houston System is seeking architectural design services for various renovation and new construction projects on an as-needed basis. The types of projects include, but are not limited to: classrooms, research laboratories, offices, student life spaces, site improvements, administration buildings, and other typical projects found on a university campus. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on January 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom. Respondents must register in advance and attend the meeting to be considered.
• The contract is for services on an as-needed basis for FY26.
