Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Hollywood DMV field office. The services include a one-time landscape cleanup and bi-weekly landscape maintenance. The contractor must have a valid C27 contractor license and be certified by the State of California as a Small Business. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must perform services during DMV business hours.
• The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the services.
• The contractor must submit a completed One-Time Landscape Cleanup Service Log and Bi-Weekly Landscape Maintenance Service Log after each service.
• The contractor must implement and practice low environmental impact practices while performing landscaping cleanup and maintenance services.
• The contractor must comply with material label guidelines for application of any materials used on DMV property.
