Orness Plaza Rooftop Unit Replacement

This project involves the full replacement of rooftop HVAC units at the Orness Plaza. The work includes disconnecting, removing, and disposing of existing units; supplying and installing new rooftop units with curb adapters; reconnecting electrical, gas, and condensate drain lines; and conducting startup, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation. The contract will be awarded to a qualified contractor able to perform comprehensive HVAC replacement and commissioning services. • Remove and dispose of existing rooftop units (RTUs). • Install new RTUs with appropriate curb adapters and reconnect all utilities (electric, gas, condensate). • Perform startup, performance testing, and commissioning of the new HVAC system.
