The Lincoln Park Public Schools is seeking a vendor to provide self-provisioned fiber maintenance services for 14 buildings with approximately 9 miles of fiber cabling. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, as well as handling unscheduled outages and customer problem reports. The vendor will also be required to provide a 24/7/365 phone number and an escalation list with qualifications summary of each person on the list. • The project includes 14 buildings with approximately 9 miles of fiber cabling. • The selected vendor will be responsible for providing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. • The vendor will also be required to handle unscheduled outages and customer problem reports. • A 24/7/365 phone number and an escalation list with qualifications summary of each person on the list will be provided. • The project is expected to be completed within a year. • The vendor will be required to provide a block time of 100 hours per year to be used on an as-needed basis.
