De-Ionized Water (DI) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Tank Exchange Services

The University of Minnesota Facilities Management is soliciting proposals from companies to provide Reverse Osmosis (RO) and De-ionized Water (DI) Tank Exchange Services for sixty-five (65) systems on three of the Twin Cities Campus Districts. The services will consist of a supervised and responsive work force with the experience and ability to complete the job as required by the University of Minnesota. The awarded Contractor shall provide all activities required to complete the RO/DI Tank Exchange services as specified. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing RO and DI Tank Exchange Services for 65 systems • Supervised and responsive work force • Completing the job as required by the University of Minnesota • Providing all activities required to complete the RO/DI Tank Exchange services • Meeting the evaluation criteria, including project approach and work plan, total cost, staffing plan, award terms and conditions, safety, and interviews • Obtaining a safety score of 5.0 or greater to be considered for award
