Description
The Municipality of Anchorage Public Works Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide rental of three track excavators (KX80 hydraulic excavators or equivalent) for a 12‑month period, with monthly rates based on 176 hours per month and an overtime hourly rate for usage beyond that. The equipment must meet specific technical specifications (minimum 2015 model year, weight ≥ 18 000 lb, digging depth ≥ 15 ft, etc.) and be delivered to the Northwood Drive site by June 30 2026. The contract includes options for up to three one‑year renewals at the same rates, and requires the contractor to supply insurance, perform all maintenance and repairs, and accept a prompt‑payment discount or net‑30 terms.
