The Shelby County Government is seeking an Occupational Health Consultant to provide new employee physicals for various job classifications. The consultant will be required to provide standard physicals, DOT physicals, and specialty screenings such as TB screening, drug testing, and vision testing. The consultant must be able to complete physicals within 24 hours of notification and provide pricing for each service. The contract will be for one year with two optional one-year renewals.
