Easement and Land Acquisition Services

The City of Bryan, Texas is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive easement and land‑acquisition services for current and future capital‑improvement projects. The work includes identifying target parcels, negotiating donations or purchases, handling title work, preparing memoranda of agreement, executing warranty deeds, and providing appraisal services (both friendly and condemnation).
