NCAA Title IX Compliance Education and Advisory Services

Lamar University is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide NCAA Title IX Compliance Education and Advisory Services for its Athletics Department. The selected firm will be responsible for providing education and advisory services to ensure compliance with NCAA Title IX regulations. The scope of work includes developing and reviewing NCAA Title IX compliance monitoring systems and policies, training and education for staff and student athletes, and providing certification. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms. • The firm must have experience in providing similar services to higher education institutions. • The firm must have knowledge of NCAA Title IX regulations and compliance requirements. • The firm must be able to provide training and education to staff and student athletes. • The firm must be able to develop and review NCAA Title IX compliance monitoring systems and policies. • The firm must be able to provide certification.
