Pipette Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Services

The Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking quotations for Pipette Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Services. The contract will be for a 3-year period, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The selected vendor will be required to provide pipette calibration and preventative maintenance services for single-channel pipettes, including detailed cleaning, functional testing, replacing PM parts, and calibration reports. The vendor must be an ISO 17025-certified service laboratory. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. • A 5% bid preference will be given to certified small and emerging local businesses. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to debarment and suspension. • The vendor must provide a Debarment and Suspension Certification Form. • The vendor must confirm that their laboratory is ISO 17025 certified.
