Notice of Intent to Single Source - Steris Corporation

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Steris Corporation for preventative maintenance services for medical equipment. The contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods. The services include maintenance for Steris Autoclaves, Washers, Endoscope Disinfectors, and Endodry Cabinets. • The contract will be awarded to Steris Corporation due to licensing agreements and warranty coverage on specialized medical equipment. • The period of performance will consist of a base year from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, and four one-year option periods. • Potential sources other than Steris Corporation may submit a capability statement via email to Arlynda Largo by 8:00 AM MT on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
