USC Beaufort Event Ticketing Solution

The University of South Carolina is seeking a contractor to provide a fully hosted ticketing solution for the University of South Carolina Beaufort campus. The solution should include installation, setup, configuration, and support. The contract will have a maximum term of five years, with an initial term of one year and four optional one-year renewals. The contractor will be required to provide a total cost of ownership, including all work associated with the RFP, for a total potential contract term of five years. • The solution must comply with the University's digital accessibility policy and provide a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) for validation. • The contractor must provide a SOC2 audit report or other comparable third-party information technology security assessment upon request. • The contractor must provide host information if the solution is a SaaS technology. • The contractor must ensure that all subcontractors used to perform the work comply with the security requirements outlined in the RFP. • The contractor must provide a list of references, with contact information, for at least three similar projects. • The contractor must complete and submit the Service Provider Security Assessment Questionnaire as part of their proposal.
