The State of South Carolina is establishing a statewide, fixed‑price, discount‑based “Event Rental” contract for the Governor’s School for Science & Mathematics. Vendors will be required to provide rental equipment and supplies across five lots (tents; tables, chairs & tablecloths; dinnerware; inflatables; miscellaneous event supplies) with delivery, set‑up, and pick‑up bundled into the quoted price. Offers must include a minimum 15 % discount off the contractor’s catalog list price for each lot; no separate price list is required. The contract will run for up to two years (estimated 03/04/2025 – 03/04/2027) with possible one‑year renewals, and the State may issue purchase orders as events arise. Vendors must be registered South Carolina vendors, carry required insurance, and may claim resident‑vendor preferences if they meet the statutory thresholds.
