Notice of Intent to Sole Source - ATC Radio Test System

The U.S. Air Force is issuing a sole‑source notice for a comprehensive Air Traffic Control (ATC) Radio Test System that includes a radio‑frequency communications service monitor with integrated ILS test suite, a TACAN power sensor, external power sensor support, a calibration certificate, and a five‑year warranty and calibration plan.
