RFP 26-714 Synthetic Sports Flooring Services

The DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide Synthetic Sports Flooring Services. The successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The district has approximately 91,755 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12, and 138 schools and centers. The services will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of synthetic sports flooring in various locations throughout the district. • The scope of work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the services. • The offeror must have experience in providing similar services to large school districts. • The offeror must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services on time and within budget. • The offeror must be able to provide all necessary insurance and bonding. • The offeror must be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and pricing. • The offeror must be able to provide references from previous clients.
