Description
Fayette County, Georgia is seeking bids for providing HA5 High Density Mineral Bond on various county roads. The project involves applying two coats of HA5 High Density Mineral Bond to approximately 53,053 square yards of roads. The successful contractor will be responsible for mobilization, traffic control, and cleaning the pavement before installation. The contractor must also provide a 5-year warranty for their work.
• The project locations include Glen Grove Subdivision, Brechin Park Subdivision, Shoreline Subdivision, Providence Subdivision, and Murphy Creek Lane.
• The contractor will meet with the County and each Subdivision Homeowner's Association to agree upon a construction schedule and road closure plan.
• The contractor will be responsible for all traffic control during the project and transportation of residents from their homes to a designated parking area during the drying stage.
• All work must be completed by June 30th, 2026.
