Irrigation Parts, Materials & Supplies and PVC Pipe & Pipe Fittings

The City of Tucson is seeking bids for the purchase of irrigation parts, materials, supplies, and PVC pipe and pipe fittings. The city requires a diverse range of irrigation parts and PVC fittings to maintain existing systems. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The city reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple bidders. • The contractor must provide an electronic copy of a usage report upon request. • The contractor must maintain a reasonable stock of materials on hand for delivery upon request. • The contractor must have a local Tucson storefront or equivalent to accommodate over-the-counter point of sale purchases. • The contractor must provide a warranty for all equipment and parts furnished for at least one year from the date of delivery or installation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the City’s Living Wage Ordinance.
