Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, is seeking to replace three commercial gas water heaters and three storage tanks. The new water heaters must have a minimum of 495,000 BTU/HR input and 416,000 BTU/HR output, and be no larger than the current equipment. The new storage tanks must hold a minimum of 119 gallons and be no larger than the current equipment. The contract type is firm-fixed price, and the Government will make award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer is most advantageous, considering past performance and price.
• The water heaters must be energy-efficient and have a minimum of 495,000 BTU/HR input and 416,000 BTU/HR output.
• The storage tanks must hold a minimum of 119 gallons and be no larger than the current equipment.
• The supplier must include estimated FOB Destination delivery time in their quotation.
• Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160.
