PTAC Replacement

The Iowa Department of Public Defense is seeking professional services to replace old PTAC units with new Amana PTC153J35AXXX units and install PECO T85320cc-1 thermostats. The work includes removing existing control devices, providing and installing new units, and performing start-up and warranty services. The project will be divided into four service lines, and awards will be made on a line-by-line basis.
