Territory-Wide Marine Infrastructure Projects

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is seeking qualified construction contractors for various marine infrastructure projects at seaports in St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas. The selected contractors will provide labor, tools, and equipment for marine construction services. The pre-qualified period will last for three years, with the option for VIPA to extend it for an additional two years.
