Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health’s Family Health Services Division seeks a qualified contractor to act as a dental suite construction consultant for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Expanding Dental Health Capacity at Rural Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). The consultant will provide expertise in planning, design coordination, and implementation support for dental suite construction, but will not perform any construction labor or supply materials. This is a small‑purchase, open solicitation for FY 27‑FY 28.
• Scope: Provide consulting services to ready statewide dental suite construction for FY 27‑FY 28, including technical guidance, project planning, and coordination with rural health centers.
• Deliverables: Reports, project plans, and advisory support; no physical construction work or material procurement.
• Requirements: Must hold appropriate certifications (General Excise Tax license, labor compliance, good‑standing certificate), be able to submit electronic quotes, and comply with State procurement regulations (Chapter 103D).
• Timeline: Bids open 10/19/2026, begin work 10/20/2026, and submission deadline 08/31/2027.
